Anyone can participate in competitions. 
Winner will earn the title of the South East Regional Champion by winning this competition regardless of the state in which you are a resident of.

About the Competitive Breakin' League
The CBL is a professional American Breakin' league consisting of thousands of competitors, divided between the West Coast Breakin' League (WCBL), South East Breakin' League (SEBL), North East Breakin' League (NEBL), Central Plains Breakin' League (CPBL). 

CBL Mission:
To organize youth Breakin’ competitions and support future generations of dancers by building an infrastructure of education, training, and guidelines for the sport for breakers in ages [5-17] And (18+).
