- Free Soul Battle Competitors:
* All Competitors must be between the ages of 4 to 17 to battle. 
* Pre-Register to RSVP your Battle Slot. Facebook message "Check-It" or respond to this event page. Registration is First Come, First Serve. You can register on the day of the event as long as there are available spots.
* Please arrive no later than 6:30pm on DAY 1 to ensure you're checked in for the battle, as well as have enough time to warm up and stretch. Battles will begin promptly at 7pm. 
*Free Soul Battle: Top Kid Edition 2016 is the highlight and final act of the ABQ Kids Rock Festival on DAY 2. This Battle will feature the Top 16 Kids. 
* If your child qualifies for the TOP 16 Battle on DAY 2, please arrive to Civic Plaza no later than 7pm.

Free Soul Battle is a nightclub & festival specific Urban Dance battle created by Christopher"Check-It" Lim of The Dancing Turtle LLC & Check-It Productions in September of 2008. Originating from the Chicago underground dance scene, Free Soul Battle has evolved to a high energy, fast paced, and crowd inclusive highlight for festivals and nightclubs around the USA.
