*A1 categories FREE REGISTRATION FEE(penang state audition ~registration form are required to print out or collect from sigrid dance house in penang or dream river entertainment and bring it along on event day to sign up)

*A2 / B1 categories, RM10 if register to page Sigrid Dance House before 15th June 2017(pay on the spot of event day,just need to register early in our like page)
On the spot register will be RM15 registration fee

*Joining more then 1 categories just add on RM5 for 2nd categories(A2&B1)

Rules and Regulations
•Participant in A1 categories must summit a confirmation form with parents signature during registration (form will be update, stay tune)
•Participant need to register themselves during the registration hour at the registration counter
•Violence, drugs, smoking or any form of social negativity in the premises, shoud be banned. The organizer has the right to disqualify the contestant if the action to be caught.
•The organizer will not be responsible for all liability for any loss, or injury during the contest.
•The organizer will not be responsible to any personal accident or injury during the contest
•Judges decision are the final 
•The organizer reserved the right to disqualify any contestant if he/she behave unnecessarily against the organizer, judges or against the rules and regulations of contest or premises.
