Der Mainevent von Soul on Top Volume X findet am Sonntag, dem 28 Mai. 2017 im Volkshaus in Basel statt. 48 Tanzgruppen aus der Schweiz und ganz Europa treten in einem 5 vs. 5 B-boying (Breakdance) Battle im K.O. Modus gegeneinander an. Zwei Hosts führen die Zuschauer durch die Veranstaltung, während zwei Djs Funk-Breaks und Hip Hop-Beats spielen und eine international anerkannte sechsköpfige Jury die Siegergruppe kürt. Des Weiteren gibt eine Liveband ihren groovigen Sound zum Besten.
