Double Trouble is a 2 v 2 break dancing competition hosted by the folks that run the Monday night bboy/bgirl sessions at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts. Teams of 2 dancers will go head to head in a battle format dancing to funk and hip-hop music selected by dj’s Jus Jones and Grandmixer G. The winners of the competition will receive $500. This event is a part of an effort to revitalize the breaking culture in San Francisco, a scene with an incredibly rich history that has started to dim in the past few years.
