General Terms & Conditions

1) These terms & conditions apply to all participants of Elastic Jam Vol 3 event, involved either directly or indirectly with any that is related to the said event.

2) By joining the said event, you are bound to follow the instructions from The Management team, that will be informed or adjusted at anytime and through any channel including in verbal, any electronic devices and social media to ensure the smoothness of the said event, and this include the participants of the battle and their supporters.

3) During the said event, participant shall do any skills or routines to win the battle but at their own risk. The Management will provide support or medical assistant should required but not liable to any further cost or damage as participants are advised to be safe at all times.

4) The Management shall hold the sole discretion for any dispute, reimbursement, and decision-making on any situation during the event to ensure fairness is being uphold to every participant.

5) The Management reserve the right to use the personal data of participants either through pictures, videos and any that deem needed for promotion and advertising purposes.
