This event is hosted by VISIBILITYZERO X GROUNDRULE and it is to Promote the Urban and Extreme Sports culture among the youth of Shillong and provide a platform for the DANCERS/BMXERS/SKATERS to showcase their talent. 
THE URBAN AND EXTREME SPORTS culture is emerging in different parts of the country and is creating opportunities for young and upcoming DANCERS/BMXERS/SKATERS to pursue as a career and motivate them to represent the country in international or national events. Our objective is to provide similar opportunities for our own state.

There would be a competition of BMX/SKATE/ BBOY AND ALL STYLE DANCING
