DESCRIPTION:On the 7th of July, street dance will be taking over Viljandi again as the best street dancers from Estonia and the Baltics gather to compete. Cypher is taking place for the fourth time and has become the biggest dance battle in Estonia where the best street dancers, in four different categories, will be announced. 

For the first time, Cypher battle will be held on Saturday (7th of July) and offers a full day of entertainment. 

Come to Viljandi and be a part of history!
